Warranty Policy

Disclaimer

We recommend that all shipments be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for the shipment.

  • Report any losses or damages promptly to the AtomDesk team on Contact Us page or email to sales@atomdesks.com.

  • Notification must be made within one week (7 Days) of delivery. Otherwise, AtomDesk reserves the right to deny your claim request.

  • Save all packaging until the trial period has ended in case of return

Please let us know immediately if your order does not arrive within the delivery time frame. We cannot be responsible for claims filed more than 30 days after the delivery period.

All AtomDesk products purchased from dealers or resellers are not eligible for warranty. We only sell the replacement parts for customers, who bought products directly from AtomDesk. 

Product Warranty

Our standard warranty starts from the actual date of delivery. The warranty period applies to the original products only. 

  • AtomDesk's Warranty will cover the electronic parts such as the lifting mechanism and the motor for 4 years.
  • AtomDesk's Warranty will cover the metal frame for 4 years.
  • AtomDesk's Warranty will cover missing materials from the products at the time of delivery.
  • AtomDesk's Warranty will cover the tabletop for 1 year.
  • AtomDesk's Warranty will cover defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the products at the time of delivery.
  • AtomDesk's Warranty will cover major defects in the functionality of the lifting mechanism.
  • Warranty for all accessories are not covered otherwise stated.

Your product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects, however, if there are manufacturer defects, please report them to AtomDesk after delivery, so we can send you replacements. Please note that replacement parts are the same version as your original products. We do not provide any upgrade replacement parts under any circumstance.
'Defects', as defined in this warranty, are any imperfections in material or workmanship that inhibits the use of the product.
In no event shall AtomDesk be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover:

  • Defects caused by improper assembly 
  • Defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accidents, misuse, abuse or negligence 
  • Normal wear and tear due to age 
  • Labor or assembly costs

All AtomDesk warranties are limited warranties and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, wear and tear may be depreciated for the time that the product was in use.

SUBJECTED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Replaced parts will be recollected by AtomDesk.
  • Any replacement parts shall be fully provided by AtomDesk, any shipping costs shall be half-borne by the consumer.
  • To benefit under this warranty, AtomDesk must be notified of any defect within 1st week (7 days) of the occurrence of such defect via an image or video of the relevant defect sent electronically to sales.atomdesks@gmail.com
  • This warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

WHAT OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Wear & Tear of the AtomDesk or the accessories caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water-damage, flood, fire or other acts of natural and external causes.
  • Consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use this product or from defects in the product.
  • Damages caused to the AtomDesk or the accessories during self-assembly due to failure to adhere to relevant self-assembly manual instructions provided.
  • Damages caused to the AtomDesk or the accessories during self-modification.

  • Products that were not installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings

***AtomDesk reserves the rights to determine if a replacement is to be given for severe defects. This will be on a case by case basis.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

  • AtomDesk reserves the rights to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed and decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
  • Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only
  • In the scenario where AtomDesk determines that a benefit under this warranty can be claimed, the cost of repair and replacement of the defective part or material shall be borne by AtomDesk.
  • Replaced parts may vary in colour and texture to the original.
  • Warranty will end immediately if the product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance, or commercial use.
  • This warranty only applies to the original purchaser only who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty and a person who is not the original purchaser shall not have any rights to benefit from any of these terms and conditions.
  • Warranty covers parts replacement only. Labour/transport cost of $30 will be borne by the customer for the engineer to be onsite.

EFFECTIVE DATE:

  • The warranty is effective as of the date of delivery.
